Dr. Peter Warren graduated from the University of Calgary Medical School in 1999 and completed his family practice residency in Edmonton in 2001.  He worked in rural medicine in Sundre, Alberta, before moving to the Okanagan in 2008. Dr. Warren has enjoyed working abroad in Nicaragua and Guatemala. His interests include watching hockey, fishing, biking & hiking.

Dr. John McNern graduated from the University of British Columbia Medical School in 1996 and finished rural residency in 1998. He has worked abroad in China, Chechnya and Russia for Doctors Without Borders and Médecins Sans Frontière. After working in Beijing for 6 years, he returned home to the Okanagan in 2011. In his free time, Dr. McNern enjoys cross country skiing and hiking. 

Dr. Matthew Smith was born in Saskatchewan and attended the University of Saskatchewan for both medical school and residency. Upon finishing residency in 2019, he moved to Kelowna where he has been practicing family medicine ever since. He has a special interest in minor procedures. Dr. Smith has fully embraced the Okanagan lifestyle and enjoys snowboarding, surfing and hiking. If you see him on the slopes don’t forget to say hi.
