For in office appointments only: any patients with symptoms of Covid-19 will be asked to do a rapid Covid-19 test at home within 24 hours of their appointment. We can only see patients in office who have a negative test result. 

 August 2023: masks are no longer mandatory in our office, we kindly ask patients with Covid-19 symptoms to still wear a mask. A mask will be provided for you
