Our new hours are Monday to Thursday 9am-4pm and Fridays 9am-1pm. You will need a phone appointment to request a lab requisition for blood work or for any prescriptions thay you may need.

Of office is NOT accepting new family practie patients. We refer patients to the Health connect registry by calling 811.
